Port Newark Container Terminal LLC (PNCT) is a wholly owned company of Ports America. PNCT has a 30-year lease (signed in 2000) with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to operate a 176 acre container terminal in Port Newark, New Jersey. From 2001 - 2006, PNCT operated during three phases of a redevelopment project and is now a state-of-the-art in design, service and throughput facility.
